  • Is my date available for an event?

    We're happy to check for you. If you're interested in booking Woodside Farm as a wedding venue, you can check our availability via our Event Request form.

  • What are the rental fees and what do they include?

    We have several packages for single or multiple day rentals of our wedding venue. They include tables, chairs, white tablecloths, and the use of onsite facilities.

  • What is the maximum capacity for guests?

    The maximum capacity for our wedding venue is 200 people.

  • Are there changing areas for the wedding couple and/or wedding party?

    Yes, our wedding venue has two upstairs suites and a private downstairs area for changing and relaxing.

  • Is there a backup plan for inclement weather if the service is outdoors?

    Yes, of course! The ceremony would be moved inside our elegant barn wedding venue, where the bride has the option of descending the stairs or entering through the back barn door.

  • Are there any restrictions on catering or alcohol service?

    You may use any caterer you choose; however, all alcohol at our wedding venue must be served by a licensed, insured bartender.

  • Can we have our rehearsal dinner here?

    Allotted time for both your rehearsal and a rehearsal dinner are included in our Deluxe Wedding Venue Package (Friday and Saturday dates).

  • How much is required for a deposit and is there a payment plan?

    We ask for half of the total rental fee when you book our wedding venue. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding date. We can break the deposit into two or three monthly payments if requested.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    The wedding venue deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied toward another date if the cancellation occurs six months prior to the booked date, or if we are able to fill the date with another booking.

  • What are the available setup and teardown times?

    You will have access to the wedding venue from 9AM to 11PM on your booked day.
