  • Is my date available?

    We'll be glad to verify availability for your preferred date.

  • What are the rental fees and what do they include?

    We offer multiple wedding packages available for single or multi-day rentals. Each package includes tables, chairs, white tablecloths, and access to all facilities.

  • What is the maximum capacity for guests?

    We can accommodate up to 200 guests.

  • Are there changing areas for the wedding couple and/or wedding party?

    We provide two upstairs suites and a private downstairs space for changing and preparation.

  • Is there a backup plan for inclement weather if the service is outdoors?

    In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be relocated inside our elegant barn, where the bride may choose to descend the staircase or enter through the back barn door.

  • Are there any restrictions on catering or alcohol service?

    You're welcome to select any caterer of your choice. All alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.

  • Can we have our rehearsal dinner here?

    Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner time is included in our Deluxe Wedding Package, which covers Friday and Saturday.

  • How much is required for a deposit and is there a payment plan?

    We require 50% of the total rental fee at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding date. If needed, we can divide the deposit into two or three monthly installments.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date if cancellation occurs at least six months before the scheduled date or if we're able to book another event for that date.

  • What are the available setup and teardown times?

    The venue is available for your use from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM on your wedding day.
